1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 66zzb platform at 66zzb.app, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and 66zzb with respect to your use of the platform.

66zzb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 66zzb platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail. Any translation provided for convenience does not constitute a legally binding version of this agreement.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register a 66zzb account and access our services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 66zzb strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 18. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, partnerships, and third-party agents may not register accounts on the 66zzb platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be excluded from gambling activities by any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or legal prohibition applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee, director, or officer of 66zzb or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.

Registration Process

To create a 66zzb account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each player may hold only one (1) active 66zzb account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. 66zzb uses technical and manual verification methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

66zzb operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any other point at 66zzb's discretion, we may request one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name). Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 days of the request may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Obligations

As a registered 66zzb account holder, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account and your use of the platform:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 66zzb will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify 66zzb immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our support team at [email protected] or via live chat. 66zzb is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide to 66zzb — at registration, during KYC, and in any subsequent communication — must be truthful and accurate. Deliberate provision of false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use Only: Your 66zzb account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any third party to use your account to place bets, access games, make deposits, or request withdrawals.
• Single Account Rule: You may hold only one active account. Holding multiple accounts, whether intentionally or through negligence, is a breach of these terms. In the event of accidental duplication, you must notify 66zzb immediately so that the duplicate account can be closed.
• Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 66zzb complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 66zzb makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 66zzb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 66zzb does not impose currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through your 66zzb account.

Deposits

66zzb accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though 66zzb reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large deposits. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.

You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. 66zzb reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of its KYC process.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your 66zzb account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal is approved, KYC verification must be completed satisfactorily. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. 66zzb reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where account activity triggers our fraud prevention procedures.

Processing times for withdrawals are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 66zzb does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment network outages or banking system processing times.

Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a 66zzb deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where a chargeback is filed, 66zzb reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account, reverse any winnings generated from the disputed deposit, and pursue recovery of any funds owed through appropriate legal channels.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

66zzb offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this general policy, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and credited to your account in BDT.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• The standard wagering requirement for 66zzb bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that remain unconverted at the expiry of their validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• 66zzb reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of wagering loopholes, or breach of these terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a 66zzb account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

Welcome Bonus

New 66zzb account holders may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility criteria, bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and applicable wagering requirements will be published in the active welcome promotion terms at the time of registration. 66zzb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Cricket & Seasonal Promotions

66zzb regularly offers promotional rewards tied to cricket events including the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national fixtures, as well as seasonal promotions around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant periods. 6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity conducted through the 66zzb platform are subject to the specific rules governing each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant games. By placing a bet or participating in any game on 66zzb, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that product.

Sports Betting

Sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. 66zzb reserves the right to void or suspend markets prior to an event starting if there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, manifest pricing errors, or if the integrity of the underlying event is in doubt. In-play bets are subject to a brief delay between placement and acceptance to allow for live feed processing.

In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, 66zzb's settlement rules for the specific market will apply. For cricket betting, matches that have not reached their minimum completion threshold (as defined in the specific cricket betting rules) will generally be voided, with stakes returned to the player's account.

Casino & Live Casino Games

All casino games available on the 66zzb platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by live dealer studios with real-time streaming. Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and house edge information are available within each game's information panel. 66zzb does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence RNG-certified results once a game round has commenced.

Instant Games (Monster Hi-Lo & Slide)

Monster Hi-Lo and Slide are instant-win and crash-style games with their own specific rules and mechanics published within each game interface. Results are determined by certified algorithms, and all completed game rounds are final. Disconnection during an active game round will be handled in accordance with the game's built-in disconnection policy, which is published within the game interface.

Bet Acceptance & Errors

66zzb reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion. Bets placed in error — including bets placed on markets that were offered due to a technical fault, data feed error, or manifest pricing mistake — may be voided by 66zzb regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 66zzb platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the 66zzb platform for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multiple Account Abuse: Creating more than one account for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a previously applied restriction or suspension.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated in-play betting.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the 66zzb platform without explicit written authorisation from 66zzb.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, software glitches, or pricing errors to generate profits. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback in bad faith in relation to any 66zzb deposit transaction.
• Abusive Conduct: Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward 66zzb staff or other platform users in live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing the 66zzb platform if you are under the age of 18, or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 18.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Either party — the player or 66zzb — may close a 66zzb account. The procedures and consequences differ depending on whether the closure is voluntary (requested by the player) or involuntary (initiated by 66zzb).

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 66zzb account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent. Involuntary Suspension or Closure by 66zzb

66zzb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion
• Account identified as a duplicate or additional account held by the same player
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so
• Prolonged account inactivity as defined in Section 3 of these terms

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 66zzb will complete its review as promptly as reasonably practicable. Where an account is closed by 66zzb due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 66zzb will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the player via their registered email address.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 66zzb's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. 66zzb is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
